I’m genuinely impressed with your professionalism and communication – your attention to detail with the ‘brief’ was unfailing as you obviously care a great deal about customer service and satisfaction. This coupled with your obvious talent at making delicious, scale-offending cakes meant my son and a rabble of family/friends were spoilt with an enormous, delicious cake perfect for the occasion. (one of Isaac’s friends actually ran off with a doorstop wedge with a look of fear that someone might prise it from his greedy fingers). Isaac loved it… afterall, the design was perfect for him – a large gold coin with an impression of his mugshot on the top (wouldn’t recommend trying to stash that in your handbag though!). It was a real talking point. Thanks Daniele – I’ll be back!

On a scale of 1 to 10 it was definitely a 10! I was extremely satisfied with the cake!Everybody absolutely loved the cake it was amazing! Max was gobsmacked about how good the details were on the filipino side of the cakethanks ever so much!! I dont think theres a cake you cant do! Haha! Ive been so pleased with the first 2 cakes ive had I will be having more from you and I will definitely recommend you!

I initially didn’t have a clue as to how I’d like my 40th birthday cakes to look or taste, I just knew I wanted something special to mark the milestone. Daniele listened to my rambling and much to my delight she interpreted it perfectly into the most amazing black forest gateau cupcakes which were a hit at my birthday celebrations. The design of my daughter’s ‘Winnie the Pooh’ cake for her 1st birthday was fantastic and exactly as I had requested. The detailing of the characters was really impressive and of very high quality. All of my guests were equally impressed with the cake the unveiling of which almost stole the show and was followed by a frenzy of photo-taking. This was the first time I had placed an order with you and I have to say that it could not have been easier to work with you to choose, design and arrange delivery. The cake is absolutely gorgeous! Its not too heavy unlike cakes from a typical bakery shop. The detail is unlike anything i’ve seen before, and everybody who has seen it is wide-eyed and amazed
The ordering process was really easy and Daniele delivers the cake to the door. The cake was incredibly popular with my sons friends not only to look at but to eat. I would, and have, recommended Daniele and her cakes for any occasion.

I can tell you everyone was very impressed and happy with your work. The cake was lovely and I was particularly impressed as I know it can be difficult to make nice gluten free sponge. I don’t suppose you are willing to divulge your recipe for my private use are you? I am happy for you to use the pics on your website, you should do so as it will look good I think. I will recommend your services should the opportunity to do so arise.

My cake is ” the Irish Cake” I was given this fabulous surprise for my 50th birthday and it was truley amazing. The attention to detail is just unbelievable! I actually kept the hat and tried to keep the gold coins but alas the grandchildren ate them all in the end! I would also like to say that not only do the cakes look spectacular they taste divine aswell and since that cake I have have Danieles cupcakes & popcakes on a regular basis.The quality & service is second to none. I’m very satisfied with the cupcakes and they’ve passed the mother in law test. She’s a very good baker and whenever we’ve bought cakes she’s always said she could do better. With your cakes she’s admitted that they are better than hers. The cakes looked and tasted amazing!!! They provided a fantastic centre piece for the table and were a great talking point. The customer service was fantastic with all the suggestions Daniele put forward to even sending swatches of icing colour. Better than anything you can buy in a shop in fact . . . .Best cakes ever!!!! . . . I have passed your details on to at least 4 people!!!!! You took on board my comments and respected my choices whilst making helpful suggestions. We were very proud of the cupcakes and everyone thought they were great. They looked elegant and tasted wonderful. Strange I know but I’m not a big chocolate cake fan but the top cake you made of chocolate sponge was very tasty and selfishly I haven’t wanted to share it so Russell and I have eaten most of it. Just to say thank you for all your time and effort on the cake. My aunt was absolutely thrilled with it! in fact she cannot bring herself to cut the head up so it is still in the freezer to show people :0) Everyone that saw it in the day commented on how wonderful it was and lots of photos were taken. It provided a real talking point!!!!! Thank you again for the fantastic job that you did, she was overwhelmed with the cake and the effort that must have gone into it. It really did make her day that bit more special.
Well what can I say..I got Married on the 29th May and I trusted no other then Bespoke Baking( Danni ) to do my cake. After the wedding I walked into the reception looking for my cake and I could not believe my eyes when I saw it! The Cake was amazing; people were chatting about the cake and taking pictures of it. It tasted so good; the colour, the way it looked and the taste was so sexy. I’m so glad I trusted you to make my cake and I know where to come when I need another one. We were delighted when Danni said that she would make our wedding cake. She listened to our idea’s, made some great suggestions and incorporated the flowers I had in my bouquet into the cake. It looked absolutely stunning!! To top it off, as I wasn’t keen on fruit cake, we had a chocolate orange sponge which was completely delicious and so many people commented on it. Thanks Danni!

My aunties birthday party was lovely and the cake made a lovely centrepiece. Everyone who came was really impressed and could not believe it was made of cake! The cakes were excellent, I was very satisfied. The stars and gold dust were perfect for the celebration, they definitely created the WOW factor. The taste was top too!

Daniele made me some gorgeous-looking, delicious-tasting cupcakes for my birthday. She knows I’m a cat-lover, so I was so chuffed to open the box of cupcakes to see she’d designed very cute, charcacterful cats to decorate the cupcakes. She also took into account that I’m allergic to dairy and nuts, and made dairy-free cakes that tasted just the same as cakes with dairy. Everyone said the cakes were just lovely! I was visiting family in Birmingham at the time, and if I didn’t live in Scotland, I’d be asking Daniele for orders often! A big thank you to someone with a big gift for the art of baking!!
